Job Description Zamst, a global leader in sports bracing/supports is looking for Outside Sales Representation across several regions within select channels (Specialty, Sporting Goods, Team). We are looking for experienced sales representatives with established relationships who will embrace our brand, products, athletes and sports (running, basketball,football,volleyball). The Outside Sales Agency/Rep is responsible for developing account plans and identifying opportunities within specified channels. Full accountability for ensuring channel sales goals and targets are achieved within planned budget. Manage all aspects of Zamst related business from sales presentations to inquiries regarding orders, shipments and products. Drive growth with our existing product lines and categories, as well as develop new business initiatives within specified channels. Responsibilities: Leverage channel relationships to create new partnerships and alliances that contribute to long-term revenue growth. Successfully drive new and existing business to increase Zamst brand market share by managing all aspects of the retailer relationship. Identify new sales opportunities, evaluating each account to select the best available options for the brand. Recommend, identify, select product and account merchandise needs. Providing feedback on competitors, general, sport trends and product opportunities. Traveling to accounts on a regular basis to ensure the Zamst brand and product strategy is executed. Continuously build skills, knowledge, and expertise to effectively promote all Zamst bracing/support products. Qualifications: 3-5 years of prior sales management experience in sports or related field. 2 years minimum outside sales experience. Bachelors Degree preferred. Running Channel experience required/preferred. Sales management and/or Business Development experience. Well-developed Interpersonal and Analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in computer operating programs and database management programs.
