MTI Film has promoted Belinda Merritt to the newly created post of director of international business development. Merritt, previously director of worldwide sales, will be responsible for growing and supporting the company?s international resellers and will develop the new domestic channel partner program.?Belinda offers the perfect combination of experience and passion to work with our resellers and international sales team,? said MTI Film CEO Larry Chernoff. ?Her knowledge of the industry and leadership skills will be valuable as we continue to expand our international client base and grow our customer support network both domestically and abroad.?

Merritt has a long history with MTI Film. She initially served as an independent sales representative for the company through her firm, Belinda Reps. beginning in 2003. She assumed a staff position in 2009. A veteran of more than 20 years in the postproduction and entertainment technology industries, Merritt has held senior sales positions with such companies as FilmLight, Hollywood Digital, Complete Post and The Post Group.
