About the Role:
This is a fantastic sales opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated sales professional: we are currently seeking an experienced senior sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into key accounts within the manufacturing verticals (this includes automotive, defence, aerospace). Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into large enterprise accounts which have 10,000+ employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- As an experience new business software solution expert you will be confident in selling to C-level as well as into HR
- Applying your business insight and marketing understanding to present and align the SuccessFactors solutions with customers' strategic business objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Negotiate and close deals in a complex long-cycle deals
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the SuccessFactors solutions.
- Qualify and maintain accurate and timely customer, forward thinking pipeline, and forecast data
- Nurture mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Take a leading sales role, managing virtual teams and executing successful sales strategies removing problems limiting a successful deal closure.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Proven experience 8+ years in selling premise-based application software or SaaS solutions to C-Level
- Proven experience with 5 years in similar roles selling into one of the selected verticals.
- Consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking
- Consistent and high income track record of above OTE achievement
- Stability - Proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years running
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
- Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
- Strong C-level/board level communication skills
- Strong C-level/board presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
